Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros - “Home”
So I generally go through significant music obsession phases every few weeks. Find a song, get the album, listen to the album religiously, move on. The same can be said for this album, but more specifically this song. It’s definitely part of the hippie cult rock phenomenon happening right now (hat tip, Rex) - but unabashedly so. I mean christ, there’s a narrative interlude on this track and its about HOW MUCH THEY LOVE EACH OTHER.
